Free returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you will get back the entire amount spent on your purchase. Any returns can be sent via freepost. In fact, the whole return process is free of charge! 


Cooling-off period of 100 days!

There are several reasons for returning a purchase. Maybe the product is not what you expected it to be. Maybe you gave the product to someone else, who would prefer something different. In these cases, you can send the purchase to our (put city here) office. You can return any item within 100 days of purchase.



We assume that we'll be able to send you a refund in most cases. However, there are a few exceptions, in which case you will have to return the item in the original packaging:


  • Packaging of products such as batteries, food supplements, mouthpieces, etc. must not have been opened.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept used products or products that have been damaged by customers before or while being returned.

  • Our return policy does not apply to incomplete products.

Procedure for returning your order

If you'd like to return a purchase, please register the product with your customer account. In order to do this, please proceed as follows:

  • Step 1: Go to

  • Step 2: Log in to your customer account or create a new customer account and login. When you create a new customer account, make sure that you submit the e-mail address you used when you ordered your product!

  • Step 3: Go to “my orders” and select the “view” button related to the order you would like to return.


  • Step 4: Select “return articles” at the bottom of the page.

  • Step 5: Make sure all the fields are filled in correctly and select “send”. Your return has now been submitted. One of our customer service representatives will contact you about the returns process within two business days.


As soon as we have successfully received your returned items, which must arrive with the packaging intact, we will refund the total amount of money spent on the purchase (including shipping costs). We attempt to process each return as quickly as possible. You can expect the money to be wired back to your bank account within 10 business days.



A one-year guarantee on all of our products 

MyXLshop offers a one-year guarantee on all its products. When your product no longer works as it's supposed to, you can contact us and we'll inform you of several possible solutions. For example, our repair service will go to great lengths to solve the problem. If the damage has been caused within the period of guarantee, the repair will even be free of charge. If not, you can expect to pay extra for the repair. If the product is beyond repair, you will get your money back as soon as possible.
